How do I book an appointment?+
We take bookings online only — with no waiting or queues. In the menu choose “Online booking → Emergency”, pick a time that suits you and enter your details. Then wait for the confirmation email, which arrives once the slot is approved.
How much will treatment cost?+
We have contracts with the health insurers, so for most patients care is covered. Patients with Czech insurance pay only a 90 CZK emergency fee on site (bring your insurance card). Patients without Czech insurance (self-payers) pay according to the current price list. You can pay in cash, by card or with benefit cards.
What should I bring to my appointment?+
Bring two documents: a valid ID (identity card or passport) and your health insurance card (physical or shown in your insurer's mobile app). If you're coming with a child, bring the child's insurance card and your own ID as the legal guardian.
Will you treat a child without a parent present?+
We normally treat patients under 18 only when accompanied by a legal guardian. If another person accompanies the child (grandparent, sibling, nanny), they must present written consent (power of attorney) from the legal guardian — otherwise we can provide only urgent first aid in a life-threatening situation. Bring the child's insurance card and the accompanying person's ID.
When can I reach you? (opening hours)+
The emergency service is available when regular practices are closed — on weekends and public holidays from 09:00 to 13:00. We treat booked patients only, so please reserve your slot online in advance.
When can I book?+
The booking system runs around the clock, 24 hours a day. If problems appear at night or outside opening hours, book a slot right away — you'll have the certainty that we're expecting you and avoid the morning rush to find a dentist.
What problems can you help with? (scope of care)+
The emergency service is primarily for acute and urgent conditions. More demanding or highly aesthetic procedures are carried out only if there is free capacity. If time doesn't allow, we'll treat you provisionally and book you for completion during regular hours, when we can give you our full attention.
I can't make it. How do I cancel or change my slot?+
Please let us know as soon as possible — you'll free up a place for another patient waiting in pain. Send an SMS to +420 704 357 070 with your full name, the time of the original booking and whether you're cancelling or need a change.
Can you prescribe medication?+
Yes. If needed, the dentist will issue an emedication (eRecept) for antibiotics or painkillers, which you can collect at any pharmacy.
Where can I collect medication outside regular hours?+
If you receive an eRecept at night, on a weekend or holiday, regular pharmacies may be closed. In Brno you can use the 24-hour emergency pharmacy — Dr. Max Pharmacy, Bašty 413/2, Brno-střed (near the main railway station), open NONSTOP 24/7.
