As soon as we confirm the appointment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can also book by phone at +420 704 357 070.
Within the last two weeks before your treatment, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your appointment. Simply reply “ANO” (Czech for “yes”). If for some reason you cannot reply, send us an e-mail at ordinace@mujzubnilekar.cz saying that you confirm your appointment.
Why do we ask for confirmation? The message reminds you of your appointment and gives us certainty that the time reserved for you will be used. This helps us plan our surgery hours as well as possible and offer free slots to patients who need treatment.
If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know in advance by e-mail or phone. Thank you very much.
If you are our patient and are in acute pain, book online. In the booking system choose “Akutní pacient” (acute patient), select a dentist and pick the time that suits you best in the calendar. As soon as we confirm the appointment in our system, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Is the nearest available time too far away? Send us an e-mail at ordinace@mujzubnilekar.cz or a text message to +420 704 357 070 with your first name, surname, year of birth and your availability over the next few days. We will add you to our list of acute patients. As soon as we find a free slot for you, we will send you an offer by text message, which you confirm by replying “ANO”. Please bear in mind that in this case you may be treated by a different dentist than the one you usually see.
If your condition cannot wait, call us at +420 704 357 070 and choose the option to be connected to reception. If we are unable to take your call at that moment, don’t worry: we log every call and will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our phones are answered by a voice assistant. It can take several calls at once, at any time of day or night, regardless of our opening hours. This means you get an answer to the most common questions straight away and don’t have to wait in a queue. If you need to speak to reception, listen to the menu to the end – the assistant will offer to connect you to an operator.
