A combination of at-home and in-office whitening that lightens not only the enamel but also the dentin — which is why the result is much brighter and, above all, lasting. Instead of impression material we simply scan your teeth with a 3D scanner. And there is no white diet: you can keep your coffee and red wine.
At the initial examination we measure your shade on the Vita guide and recommend the option that will give you the best result.
For everyone regardless of the starting shade — including smokers and darker teeth.
For younger patients up to 25, non-smokers with a light starting shade.
Photos from Pure Whitening treatments — not retouched in any graphics software. None of these patients followed a white diet.
With combined whitening every patient is guaranteed to reach at least shade B1. Eight out of ten get to the bleach shades BL4–BL3.

The colour of a tooth is determined mainly by the dentin beneath the enamel. Short in-office whitening only reaches a thin layer of enamel — which is why the result fades within months. Combining the home and in-office phases carries the peroxide into the dentin as well.
The gels travel from production all the way to the practice at up to 10 °C. That is why they are just as effective when you use them as on the day they were made.
The manufacturer controls the whole chain — the scan, tray production, gels, storage and transport. That removes the errors that most often spoil the result.
The trays are made to measure from the 3D scan. The gel stays exactly on the teeth and does not irritate the gums.
The entire system and the gels are produced in the Czech Republic. If whitening needs to be extended, we reorder the gels right away.
During whitening you do not have to give up coffee, tea or red wine. The protocol accounts for it.
The whole process takes about a month. You come to the practice only three times.
We check your teeth and gums, measure the starting shade and scan your teeth with a 3D scanner. No impression material, no gagging — the scan takes a few minutes. We recommend dental hygiene before whitening.
A Czech laboratory makes perfectly sealing trays from the scan. You receive them together with the gels, chilled to 10 °C from production to the practice — which keeps them fully effective.
In the first week you whiten overnight with the 10% gel, in the second week with 16%. No white diet needed.
With us at the practice, 3× 15 minutes with 6% hydrogen peroxide. This phase moves the result the furthest.
At home you finish with 1–2 hours a day until the gel runs out. Then you come in for a check of the result.
With combined whitening every patient reaches at least shade Vita B1 — the lightest shade on the classic guide. Eight out of ten patients go higher still, to the bleach shades BL4 to BL3.
If whitening progresses more slowly for you — because of smoking, age, bruxism or fluorosis — you get additional gels free of charge and continue until you reach the result.
Because the dentin is whitened as well, the teeth darken back only very slowly. Simple maintenance is enough: one night with the 10% gel in the trays every 3–4 months.
If you skip maintenance for a longer time, 3–5 nights bring you back to your shade. There is no need to go through the whole process again.
A diagram, not measured data — it shows why the colour comes back with in-office whitening alone.
