How can I book an appointment?

For your convenience and the smooth operation of our clinic, we accept appointments exclusively online.

This means no unnecessary time spent in the waiting room:

  • No unnecessary waiting or queues: Arrive at your exact time and be seen immediately.

  • Plan your day stress-free: Book your appointment from the comfort of your home and arrive just in time for your slot.

How it works:

  1. Select Online Booking -> Emergency in the menu.

  2. Choose a time slot that suits you and enter your details.

  3. Wait for a confirmation email (sent once your appointment is approved).

How much will the treatment cost?

“We are a contracted provider for health insurance companies, meaning treatment is covered for most of our patients.

  • Insured patients (with Czech health insurance): Your treatment is covered by your insurance. You only pay an emergency fee of 90 CZK on-site. (Please remember to bring your health insurance card).

  • Patients without Czech health insurance (self-payers): Treatment is paid in full according to our current price list.

Payment methods: For your convenience, we accept cash, credit/debit cards, and employee benefit cards.

What should I bring to my appointment?

To ensure you are seen as quickly as possible and to minimize paperwork, please have these two documents ready:

  • A valid ID (ID card or passport to verify your identity).

  • Health insurance card (A physical card or a digital version in your insurance provider’s mobile app).

Are you coming with a child? If you are accompanying a minor, please bring the child’s health insurance card and your own ID (as the legal guardian).

Will you treat a child without their parents present?

As a standard, we only treat patients under 18 when accompanied by a legal guardian (parent).

If the child is accompanied by another person (e.g., a grandparent, adult sibling, or nanny), they must provide written consent (power of attorney) from the legal guardian authorizing the child’s treatment. Without this document, we can only provide emergency first aid in life-threatening situations.

Please remember to bring:

  • The child’s health insurance card

  • The accompanying adult’s ID card

When are you available? (Operating hours)

Our emergency clinic is available when regular dental offices are closed. We are here for you even on weekends and public holidays.

Opening hours:

  • Weekends and public holidays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

⚠️ Important: We only treat patients with prior appointments. Please book your time slot online in advance (our booking system is available 24/7).

When can I book an appointment?

Our online booking system is available 24/7.

You don’t need to wait for the clinic to open. If your symptoms start at night or outside of regular office hours, you can book an appointment immediately. This guarantees your spot and saves you the morning stress of trying to find a dentist.

What issues can you help with? (Scope of treatment)

Our emergency clinic is primarily intended for acute and urgent dental care.

Interested in premium treatments? Complex procedures or highly aesthetic work are only performed subject to the dentist’s availability and the clinic’s current workload.

If time constraints prevent us from performing a complex procedure immediately, we will gladly provide temporary relief (temporary treatment) and schedule you for completion during our regular office hours, where we can give you our full attention.

I can’t make it. How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If your condition has improved or something has come up, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to free up a spot for another patient in pain who is waiting for help.

  • Your full name

  • Your original appointment time

  • Information on whether you are cancelling or need to reschedule.

Will you prescribe medication?

Yes, if necessary, the doctor will issue an e-prescription (eRecept) for antibiotics or painkillers, which you can pick up at any pharmacy.

Where can I pick up medication outside of regular opening hours?

Pokud od nás obdržíte eRecept v nočních hodinách, o víkendu nebo ve svátek, běžné lékárny mohou mít zavřeno.
